Y’all… It snowed in Texas last week. Which resulted in me taking one of my very favorite Bookstagram photos ever! 

Anywho! This series popped up on my news feed with a book trailer and I FELL IN LOVE. It’s geared towards ages 8-14, but don’t let that deter you, Harry Potter was also a “kid” book.

I’m reading a chapter a night to my daughter and let me tell you, IT IS CREEPY! The good creepy, the kind that’s just scary enough for the kid, and still satisfying for me. I’m having a really hard time not reading ahead while the Mini Muggle sleeps.
